seminar on how to hire foreign workers instead of Americans, while skirting
the law.

Hear the main speaker CLEARLY say ".....keeping our goal, and our goal it to
not find a qualified, interested US worker."

Here is one of the attorneys from the same law firm on MSNBC proclaiming a
shortage of US workers all while they are holding these legal seminars!!

Interesting topic, another case of hounding and barking just because
everyone does, as is with the smell of this season.
In other words, the Blacks are pissed off because the Mexicans are
taking their jobs, whites are pissed off because 'Hindustanis' are
taking their jobs. BTW Mister its Indian not Hindustani, akin to
calling Americans British,i.e. anachronistically flawed.
If you want to protect the economy and keep your jobs close it, and
stop sending capitalistic stooges around the world begging countries
to open up their markets to American products.Another thing , Indians
seem to make as much if not more than Americans in the same class of
job category, so this cheap worker BS is just that BS, outsourcing of
course is genuinely cheap , as "American" corporate fat cats want to
maximize that margin.
Prepare to cut margins , prepare for massive jobs moving elsewhere,
maybe even Mexico.If theres one working for 1$ theres always one
who'll work for 85c.
