Html Form looses Focus when applet is part of html-page

Hello,

i have a jsp, which includes an applet.
I use Javascript to set the Focus into a Textfield after page is
loaded.

Without my appled included, the Focus is set correctly, but when I
include the applet, I think the applet has got the Focus (or no one).

Without Applet, I can tab throu the Fields, but when the applet is
included, nothing happens when I use the Tab key...

Anyone experienced the same or has a solution for this problem?
