I have an ashx page that I would like to activate output caching for.
Since I can't put the OutputCache directive on the page (at least
that's what I assume since you can only have one directive on the
page), where is the best place to enable caching. Would it be in the
ProcessRequest method of the handler or somewhere else?

    Thanks in advance!
