Hw to create user Account using ASP

Hello Frns

I m making Web Mail Server(like Yahoo Mail) for Local use........!!

plz fren help me...how i can create user account.........i mean to say
that how i can assign space to user in database when user
register .......!!!For creating his Email ID....???

I know rest of the part.......i need only thing that how i can assign
space in database at server when user creates his/her account during
register process.........?????????
