HyperLinkField : DataNavigateUrlFormatString question...

hi,

here is my sample,
<asp:HyperLinkField
HeaderText="Mobile No."
DataTextField="mobile"
DataNavigateUrlFields="mobile,imsi"
DataNavigateUrlFormatString=
"test.aspx?mobile={0}&imsi={1}" />

how will i perform HttpUtility.UrlEncode to mobile field?
or is there any alternative way to get the string properly from
Requst.Params["mobile"]
with the '+' sign.
