IE addon

Anybody know some IE add-on for programmers that scans
HTML source of a viewing page and reports forms structures,
links and other HTML things on the page? I saw it before but
now I don't remember this site.
Also, does anybody know some tool (standalone app, browser
add-on and etc) which reports HTTP response header (or something
like)?
For example, a person enters some resource address(link) and
the program returns info-s like contenttype, charset, cache param-s
and etc.

There are several extensions, including Web Developer, that you will find
useful.
