IE renaming file while download

Here's a problem

User can download *.eps files. For example - 'blah.eps'

Cutted from ascx control:
<a href="../public/download/blah.eps" target="_blank">blah file (476
eps)</a>

When user clicks on button then IE prompts to save file as 'blah.ps'
(not a 'blah.eps')

It happens only in IE - FireFox work nice.
