IIS and the Time() Function.

I guess a web server can be configured in many different ways around the
Globe, I know the Date() Function can show several different shapes. But
will the Time() Function in vbs always return 6 numeric characters, like
15:12:04. (Hours:Minutes:Seconds.) If this is so then I could rely on this
in my code right? Or should I expect Seconds:Minutes:Hours, or perhaps
4:3:12. I know I can use the FormatDateTime Function if the answer to my
question is negative.
