Images and Datagrid

Hi,
How can I add an image to a column based on a result. The image will change
based on a certain result. Currently I am using this

<asp:ButtonColumn Text="<img border=0 src=images\app.png height=16 width=16
alt=Aprove>" CommandName="App"></asp:ButtonColumn>

This is fixed. I now want to do a check and based on the result in one
column eg: "Approve" then the image column will have a tick image or delete
image.
