Include the application data with the tracer msg in Logging Application block

I see this comment in the tracer.cs class in the enterprise library
Logging quick starts.
"Since Tracer uses the logging block to log the trace message, you can
include application
data as part of your trace message." Can anybody please suggest me as
to how it can be achieved? I need know how I can configure the tracer
message.
