instiki problem on mac os x

Hello,

I am not sure if this is the valid group to ask help but could not find
some place more rellevant.

I have downloaded the svn instiki running it on ruby 1.8.1 on 10.3 OSX
Whenever I start it I get to the point that I edit the wiki:
http://localhost:2500/create_system. When I click on submit I get
a message: Unknown action, no action responded to homepage.

I tried various revisions on the svn source without any luck.
Can I bypass this problem?
