JS/CSS iPhone Horizontal Slide Effect

Hi folks. Just wondering if anybody knew of a tool using JS and/or
CSS that could allow me to build an iPhone application where there is
a horizontal slide. I want to do an html application that mimics the
iPhone horizontal slide, but I'm not sure which library to use. I
currently use Prototype 1.6 and it has no such effect. I just checked
out JQuery and I didn't see anything that caught my eye.

You're going to have to be more specific. I couldn't find anything
similar to the iPhone's horizontal replacement.

Found a solution that uses jQuery, the function is like 20 lines long.

Might be ably to adapt it to Prototype with a few changes.
