keycode or keypress button

{
send to CTRL+F //FF searchbox window bottom.
}
</script>

is that possible, what I mean.
Because you know, that Firefox will be increase font when press CTRL
AND +

I want a button for CTRL AND +.

Sorry for bad example, I write here again.
I want a button from keyboard hotkeys.
Example.
Press in Firefox and IE F1 open for Help, right? Then I want a button
for Help in FF or Ie.
CTRL AND + for increase Fontsize. that's why I want a button for
fontsize
