Loading an .aspx-page into a System.Web.UI.Page object?

Hi there.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a given .aspx-page into a
Page object?
I want to do this, so that I will be able to read the Title-property
from the @page-directive. And maybe also read the
MasterPageFile-property of any given .aspx-file. Is this possible?
