Loki TypeTraits bugs

Hello

I found quite many bugs from Loki librarys TypeTraits template (latest
version 03.07.2005). These bugs can be seen using a test program found
from here:

A bug report has been submitted to Loki sourceforge pages.

I made a bug corrected drop-in replacement of Loki's typetraits.h. It
should behave identically otherwise and respect the original design,
while much of it had to be rewritten. Officially this release is not
related to Loki in any way. Use in any way you want and at own risk.
