Looking for a control that allow's on page editing

Maybe I am missing something since I am new. I would like to create a web
page that can be edited by my user. They would like to change the basic
content. I am using Forms authentication and have a set of admin pages that
are enabled when authenticated.

Is there a control or a method that allows an asp.net 2.0 page to be edited
by an authenticated user at runtime? Any help or other guidance would be
greatly appreciated.
