MenuItem - ALT, LONGDESC attributes, AccessKey Property?

Hi Guys

Is there any way to set 'alt', 'longdesc' attributes and an AccessKey
property for a MenuItem? I need it to make it to comply with
accessibility guidelines for impaired users.

Any hint is verry appreciated!
