Moving from Baisc Authentication to Forms Authentication

I am communicatiing from my backend application to another client
app(internet site) which is configured as "Basic Authentication using
"HttpWebRequest" by setting the NetworkCredential.

They are changing their authetication from Basic to Forms authentication.

I don't see any method in .NET which will allow me to communicate with forms
authentication.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
