Does anyone know if database access is affected by culture setting in the
web.config?.

Does anyone know if database access is affected by culture setting in the
web.config?.

I think not the access in general but I suppose it could affect inline
sql queries (if you build sql inside your code with culture-dependent
variables like date, digits and special characters) and data input/
output itself (already stored data could be shown differently because
of changed culture)
