multithreading monitoring snmp

I have my application that make monitoring of systems by means of snmp.
It work correctly if I select one system at once. If I try to select
another system,while monitoring is in course, it stops the first and
starts the most recent selected.

I have try to work with thread, but I'm new .
How can I do?
