NCBI ASN1 File in Perl

Hi

I have an ASN1 file like this (4GB large and about 60000 "Entrezgene"
entries)

I've found in CPAN the "Convert::ANS1" Module but no idea how to use
it.

I need for every entry for example the "geneid" and the "update-date".

How can I make this in Perl?
