Need some resources

hi all . I googled this techinique but I unable to get an answer for
this still .

The problem is that I read found event dispatch mechanism in the API
docs . and I totally lost on that . What is the message queue . I
really need to fill up my foundatation knowledge in it . Is it like
the message queue in the win32 programming ( I mean MFC
programming ) , in here I talking about the JFC programming .
