This is free program used to prepare the PAD XML descriptor files you
need for public distribution of Java (or other) software.

I have only taken it for a short spin. It does not appear to have any
of the features I asked the author for such as batch regeneration of
XML files and an expanded set of categories to match what the real
world is using, and some Java-specific stuff. The changes appear
mostly cosmetic. It does now let you bypass the verification.
