There is a big section in the C++ standards titled ARRAYS.
It fully details the behaviour of pointers to arrays in the C++ language.

Come on get it right, either "There is a big section in the C++
standard" or "There are big sections in the C++ standards". Which is
it? Which other standard is relevant here?
