I am a vb.net programmer that would like to learn java.

My boss is willing to pay for an online course. If you would recommend one I
would be greatful.

My primary environment will be working with AIX 5.1.

I'm currently in the Sun courses. They're not bad, but you'll need to get
answers to questions on your own. They have a mentor program where you can
ask questions, but it takes forever to get answers so it's of little use. I
found comp.lang.java.help to be much more reliable.
