Page Directive - New Page Properties

I am developing a MyPage class which wraps the System.Web.UI.Page class for
purposes of providing additional functionality. I then inherit from MyPage
class in my aspx page classes.

Is there a means that I can add properties to the aspx Page Directive and
have such properties invoke property methods with MyPage class ?

For example.... let's say I want to add a Page Directive property which
indicates that a user with specific roles must be signed in in order to view
this page ?.... or let's say I want to have the page only available between
the hours of Noon - 3pm.
