Perflib Application Log Error when Deploying a Site

Hi.

Each time I move an asp.net file (bin, .aspx file, etc) to my production
server the following error appears in the server's event viewer's application
log.

The Open Procedure for service "IAS" in DLL "C:\WINNT\System32\iasperf.dll"
failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. The Status
code returned is the first DWORD in the attached data.

After researching this error I have no idea why it is appearing. Does
anyone know why this appears?
