Problems install mongrel...

Hey Guys,

I'm having problems with installing Mongrel on Ubuntu 7.1 (Gutsy
Gibbons). I installed the ruby dev library as per an earlier thread and
that got me further along the way. The install completes with the
following (long) message:

So, the install appears to be successful despite the earlier error
messages.... However, when I attempt to start up mongrel I get the
following error:

Do I need to install other ruby packages as prerequisites? *Any* help
would be really appreciated.
