query regarding web service

hi ,
this is balaji working as software engineer.i have problem in creating a web
service in .NET on Windows 2000 Advanced server.but it is working in 2000
Professional
when i run the web service it gives the error :
aspnet_wp.exe could not be started and HRESULT is 80004005.
other error is :
could not start aspnet_wp.exe because the user name and password in
processModel section of the config file are not correct.
and the event IDs for the errors are 1082 and 1007.
please let me know the solution.
