People seems to forget, first discussing the proposal on
ruby-talk, before submitting.
Is it possible that the RCR Submission Guidelines, could
be made visible on the Submission Page?
perhaps as a big float:right box?
Would it be possible to clone some of the pointers from
Jim Weirich's homepage
