rdoc breaking

I'm running rdoc to generate both ri and html formats, but both break.
I'm on MacOS X Panther. Here's the error from generating ri:

You'll need to email me (off list) the file that causes the error,
along with the version on Ruby and rdoc you're using, and I'll look
into it.
