Not sure WHY you want to do this. (I had to do something similiar with our
SQL Agent service account). Coundn't use use a System variable instead of a
User variable for whatever you are doing?
If I HAD to do this. I would manually change ASPNET password. Login as
ASPNET user with that password and create user variable. Log back out.
Rerun aspnet_regiis -i to "reautogenerate" password.
