Referring to dynamically created child contols with Javascript

I'm creating some dynamic TextBox controls in ASP.NET and adding them
to the Controls collection of a Panel control. On the onblur() event
of each TextBox I need to invoke a Javascript function which will
iterate through every TextBox control within the Panel and add up the
values entered by the user so as to display the sum in a Label
control. What Javascript would I use to specifically refer to only
those TextBox controls owned by the Panel?

    Thanks

    Carl
