Refresh datagrid without postback

hi,

I need to refresh a datagrid on a web form wiithout postback. The datasource is a datatable in a dataset. I can insert into the datatable without postback using AJAX and Javascript but I need to databind after the insert can anyone help? I can use AJAX and Javascript and I use VB.
