Regional Setting from vb.net application

Hello,

I have an application that requires specific date format on user's system,
so they have to do the setting throgh control panel-> regional setting ->
customise -> date -> short format -> dd/MM/yyy.
If I want to do the same thing automatically when my vb.net application
start, then how can I, any samples available,
