Regular Expression??

Hello,

I am working on an ASP.net/vb.net app. I have an address field that I
requires a street address, but disallows a P.O. Box.
Question: What would be the best way to go about this?
Would a regular expression work? Or should I just check the string and
ensure that it doesn't contain P.O. Box?

Any help would be greatly apprecitated.
