resource bundles with EL syntax

hi,

it seems natural to me that now that EL is there, resource bundles can
use it to fomat messages. Why use 'my name is {0}', when you can do 'my
name is ${name}', or 'my name is {0} i'm from {1} and {2} years old
....' which is prone to mistakes (missing args, wrong order etc.).

so, does anyone know of tags implementing this (replacements for
fmt:message)?
