Retrieve printer permissions programmatically

How do you retrieve a shared printer's permissions
programmatically?Theprinter is a network printer.NetShareGetInfo seems
to always return ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED over the network. Is there a
solution for 9x as well as NT systems using the Windows SDK API?
