When ever I use REXML in controller.rb file, In order to see those
changes, I have to Kill the Rails application and restart the apache
and Rails again. Just wondring, if you ran into this issue.
def say_when2
doc = REXML:
ocument.new(params[:text_id_value])
render_text doc
end
