Sending information from a servlet via "Post" method

Hi, I have a servlet that sets some information in the Header (http)
and sends that to another servlet (not mine). I think the default for
"sendRedirect" is "Get". I would appreicate if anyone could tell me
what I should do so that the servlet sends the information via "Post"
method.
