Setting a ButtonColumn to read from a hashtable

How do you set the text of each row of a ButtonColumn column type to a
particular field from a DataGrid's DataSource if the DataSource
property points to a Hashtable?

There might be an easier way, but I usually do this in the
ItemDataBound Event
