Setting Time Zone

Hi ,

I have the following problem:-

a) My server is located in USA but my application runs only in India.
When i see the time it shows me the time of USA. I want to know how i can
set Local time.

Use UTC time and then add timezone offset to it to get the local time.

something like

(DatdeTime.UtcTime + TimeZone Offset).ToString()
