No, or in any case, not a pure Java app. If you're open to JNI, the
easiest way to accomplish this would be a direct-mapped NIO ByteBuffer.

You would need to arrange the sharing via C and JNI.

You could cook up a ramdrive and let them both read and write it with
the file system methods.
