Sorting in Datagrid

Hi all,
the DataSet's locale is "zh-HK"
but my website allows users to specify the language they want
so the DataSet'slocale will be changed to "en-US" or "en-CN"

i would like the datagrid to be sorted basing on the locale
but seems that the sorting is only done with "en-US" only, but not sort by
accent of number of strokers

is it possible to sort like this in fact?
