stabilize content in table data

I have a table and in <td> I do have and some text. the content and
the content is jumping up and down like it is dancing all the time. is
there any way to fix this so that it stays at single place no jumping
up and down (at run time).

Sure, do not jump up and down when looking at the screen.
That will also help you to hit the correct keys more often.
