System.EnterpriseServices error

Hello, everytime I start a website project the first line is always
underlined and gives me the following error:

load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices, Version=2.0.0.0,

dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Any help regarding the correction of this issue would be greatly
