System.Web.UI.WebControls.CheckBoxList Check/UnCheck Event

I am needing to build an array of items that were unchecked from a
checkboxlist. I know that in System.Windows.Forms there is an
ItemCheckEventArgs Class to determine the state of an item in a
CheckBoxList. Does ASP.NET offer anything similar?
