As recommended for tabular data.
But where o where is the page?????

Because, perhaps, tables used for tabular functions don't have to look
like sin? And "table formatting" is neutral between the methods
employed.

I know for a fact that some kiwis would be happy only with the CSS
method for styling tables, others with HTML methods and, being kiwis,
some others use specialist table-formatting-sheep to style them.

Perhaps some site like

It has dozens of tables with identical content, but different CSS styling,
listed one above the other on the site.

Yes, that is what I felt when I quickly found this one. I am sort of
sure I know the one you mean and am almost certain to have it
bookmarked. But, you know what, finding things in my bookmarks... well,
you would not bother half the time, you might as well go to google the
world... I will poke around when I have a chance... I hope someone comes
up with the one we mean so it does not niggle at me all day...
