tomcat exception

I'm trying to deploy a new war with tomcat but I'll have the following
exception although the j2ee.jar is in the lib directory. Have anyone
some suggestion?

com.ibm.etools.iseries? Looks like some of the jar files you have might
have been part of the IBM JVM. Are you running on an AIX box? Do you have
a full install of the JVM or are you copying jar files from somewhere else
to your tomcat installation?
