Is it possible to setup a page that you can upload a file to the
server and have it come up in a list that can then be download ?

that would be dependent on your server side scripting.

As brucie said.


Try to find out what server side scripts your server supports. Like PHP,
ASP, Perl, anything. Then take this matter to a group dedicated to such
scripting language. It may even be a FAQ in those groups, so try to find
that first.

Or of course you can try and hire someone to do it for you.
